<br />(d) The purpose of the improvements is to divert <br /> <br /> <br />and store waters of the South Platte River and its tributaries <br /> <br /> <br />for beneficial use. <br /> <br /> <br />(e) A description of the territory to be included <br /> <br /> <br />in the District and a statement that the territory to be <br /> <br /> <br />included in the District is now included within the boundaries <br />of the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District. <br />(f) The assessed value of the irrigated lands <br />within the District. <br />(g) A designation of divisions of the District <br />and the number of directors proposed for each subdivision. <br />(h) A statement that not fewer than twenty-five <br />per cent (25%) of the owners of irrigated land within the <br />District and not fewer than five per cent (5%) of the owners <br />of non-irrigated land or lands embraced in the incorporated <br />limits of a city or town within the District have signed <br />the petition and that each individual signer owns the tract <br />listed opposite his name, which, together with improvements, <br />has an assessed valuation of more than One Thousand Dollars <br />($1,000). <br /> <br />(i) A request that this Court order the organization <br />of the District. <br />4. The Clerk of this Court has caused notice of the <br />pendency of the Petition and of the time and place of the <br />hearing thereon to be made by publication of the Notice in <br />the following newspapers: Grit Advocate, a legal newspaper <br />of general circulation in Sedgwick County', Sterling Journal- <br />Advocate, a legal newspaper of general circulation in Logan <br />County, Akron News Reporter, a legal newspaper of general <br />circulation in Washington County, and the Fort Morgan Times <br /> <br />-3- <br />
