<br />This cause coming on for hearing on January 6, 1964
<br />
<br />February 24 and 25, 1964, March 13, 1964, April 8, 1964,
<br />
<br />April 16 and 17, 1964, April 23, 1964 and May 6, 1964,
<br />
<br />on the Petition for an Order Establishing the Lower South
<br />
<br />Platte Water Conservancy District, pursuant to the provisions
<br />
<br />of Colorado Revised Statutes, Chapter 149, Article 6,
<br />
<br />("Water Conservancy Act"), the Court, after full hearing,
<br />
<br />finds as follows:
<br />
<br />1. The Petition for an Order Establishing the Lower
<br />
<br />South Platte Water Conservancy District was filed in the
<br />
<br />Office of the Clerk of the District Court in and for the
<br />
<br />County of Logan, State of Colorado, on November 4, 1963.
<br />2. At the request of the petitioners, through their
<br />
<br />attorneys Ireland, Stapleton, Pryor & Holmes, Kreager,
<br />
<br />Sublett and Dowis and Giacomini & Giacomini" the Court
<br />
<br />entered an order on November 4, 1963, that the security given
<br />
<br />for the bond filed with the Court pursuant to Colorado Revised
<br />
<br />Statutes 149-6-5, was satisfactory, that January 6, 1964 at
<br />
<br />10:00 a.m. was fixed as the time of hearing on the Petition
<br />
<br />and the District Court in and for the County of Logan,
<br />
<br />Sterling, Colorado, was set as the place of hearing on the
<br />
<br />Petition, and that the Clerk of the Court was to cause notice
<br />
