<br />,. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br />.., <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The CWCB has been actively involved, off and on, over the last ten years in both the planning <br />effort as well as providing financial assistance to the City for Phases I and II of the process. Toe <br />date, the Board's financial participation has amounted to about $60,000. The Phase I and Phase <br />II analyses were conducted by the finn of Camp Dresser & Mckee. <br /> <br />Since the completion of the Phase IT work in 1988, the City has taken steps to implement the <br />study recommendations with respect to the acquisition of water rights and water conservation. <br />The City has delayed until now a decision on additional raw water storage. . <br /> <br />In December 1996, the Loveland Water Board' and City Staff made the decision to recommend <br />an expansion of Green Ridge Glade Reservoir from its existing capacity of 600 acre-feet to 6,000 <br />acre-feet. That recommendation will be presented to the Loveland City Council during the next <br />two months. <br /> <br />PROJECT SPONSOR <br /> <br />Table 1 gives some selected characteristics for Loveland and for the City's water system. The <br />City's 1990 median household income is essentially identical to the state-wide median household <br />income of $30, 140. <br /> <br />Table 1.
