D. Supplemental defense cost coverage for Colorado liability claims.
E. Optional excess crime coverage (applicable only to rhos~ members who select this
covcntge).

H. CIRSA RETENTIONS, Loss FUNDS, EXCESS INSlIRERS, SUBUMITS, AGGREGATE LIMITS, AND

r or the coverages described in Section I, CIRSA shall be liable only for payment ofthe applicable self-insured
retentions and only to a total annual aggregate amount for CIRSA members as a whole of the amount of the
applicable CIRSA loss fund for the coverage period, There sh::lIl be 110 aggregate excess coverage over any
loss fund.

Coverages in excess o[CIRSA's sel [.insured retentions shall be provided only by the applicable excess insmers
in npplicQblc eXCess policies, and shall be p<lyable only by rhose cxcess insmers. '111e limits of coverage
provided by the excess insurers in 2001 shall be described in the coverage documents issued 10 the members.
Sublimits. and aggregate and olht::r limits shall apply as provided in said documents.
