Since a portion of the water rights acquisition is for future development, the entire purchase price will not be eligible for CWCB funding at 75 % of the cost. We will probably need to apportion the eligible cost using the existing and future number of taps. 14. A financial analysis is required to describe the District's program for repaying the CWCB loan.
