The report is well written and provides a good overview of the funding request but
more information will be needed to meet the feasibility study requirements as
discussed in the following paragraphs.

~More information regarding the existing water supply system should be provided. The
individual and aggregate yields of the wells and the yield of the Soda Creek alluvium
relative to existing and future demands (in acre-feet, ifpossible) would be helpful.
Will additional wells or other sources of water supply be needed in the near future?
\ Storage and distribution facilities could be described very briefly.

)/5: On page four under Previous Studies and Investigations, what were the results of the
field investigations that are mentioned?

4. While it is a good idea to reference previous studies, the feasibility study should be a
stand-alone document with enough information to provide the reader with adequate
descriptions of important analyses and conclusions mentioned in the report.

~Some documentation of the history and yields of the water rights listed on pages 5, 6
and 7 of the report should be included. A map and description of the locations of the
original points of diversions or locations of use would also be helpful. Were the rights
originally used for irrigation in the general area of the District and are they Snake

Flood Protection. Water Project Planning and Financing.
