These revised pages have been <br />inserted in the contract. <br /> <br />The changes consist of 1) stating that the interest on the CD (collateral) accrues to <br />the benefit of AGUA, and 2) the addition of paragraph 20 on page 6 which addresses <br />releasing the State's claims to AGUA's pledge of revenue and to the certificate of <br />deposit. The revisions are highlighted. <br /> <br />As soon as I get a copy of the Scope of Services, the contract will be routed for final <br />review and approval. This usually takes about two weeks, and I will let you know as <br />soon as it is completed.
