The City of Victor is the Applicant in Case No. 98 CV 167, wherein it
asks to provide for alternate points of storage for all of its storage rights at all of its
reservoirs. The storage rights include:

A) Altman Water Co. Reservoirs Upper, Lower and Middle - 21.78
acre feet;

B) Victor Reservoir NO.2 - 202.77 acre feet; and

C) Bison Park Reservoir - 1,147.84 acre feet.

If it is economically feasible, I have suggested that the capacity of Victor Reservoir
NO.2 be increased to at least 225 acre feet, and more would be lawful.

11 the cost of increasing storage in NO.2 is too great, then I suggest the capacity of
Bison Reservoir be increased.

Mike Smith will be responding to Question NO.1 about the actual estimates.

122-59L r:\Victor\William Green 10-26-00
