<br />The Board of Directors of the Riverside Irrigation District hereby resolves to approve the <br />2006 water purchase financing loan with the Colorado Water Conservation Board in <br />accordance with the terms set forth in the loan documents; and directs that the loan <br />documents be executed with their acquisition formalities by the appropriate officers and <br />representati ves of the Board of Directors and be delivered to the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board. <br />
