<br />eWCR Construction Fund Loan Application <br /> <br />4. Attach separate sheets if needed, and a map <br />of the service area.: Water is stored in the Riverside Reservoir in Weld County. There <br />are 2505 rights in this reservoir; the District now owns 1999 of these rights, numerous <br />other recharge water rights, a 1907 direct flow priority and a storage right in Vancil <br />Reservoir. Water is delivered to district landowners by the Riverside canal extending <br />from Riverside Reservoir for a distance of about 90 miles. The District dedicates <br />$185,000 yearly for the maintenance of this canal and does not have any major <br />maintenance problems. <br /> <br />For existing facilities indicate: <br />Number of farm owners: 147 <br /> <br />or Number of served: 147 <br /> <br />Current tax levy per district acre: $1 0.00 <br />Number of acres irrigated: 22,494 Water Right: _ 417 CFS. <br /> <br />Average water diverted per year: _108,000 <br /> <br />acre-feet. <br /> <br />Part B. - Description of the Project <br />1.
