Implementation Schedule

The following schedule is proposed for implementation of the
project:

Task
~Complete Final Purchases
2. Start Change of Water Rights
3. Apply for State Aug Plan Approval
4. Water Useable for Augmentation

Date
06/01/04
06/02/04
06/02/04
08/23/04

Social, Economic, and Physical Impacts

The project will have no significant social impacts.

Although 3T Cattle will be impacted with costs associated with
their portion of the water costs and loan repayment, the project
will have a long term positive economic impact by assuring the
continued use of their well and therefore the continued operation
of the feedlot.

The project will have no significant physical impacts.

Per.mitting

All easements and rights of way are controlled by the Company
supplying the water, therefore no further arrangements are
required nor are any permits required.

Financial Plan

The total cost of the project is $275,000. $247,500 or 90% may
come from a loan with the Colorado Water Conservation Board, and
the remainder from the project sponsor, 3T Cattle. The CWCB Loan
Application is found in Appendix C.

A $247,500 CWCB loan at 2.5% interest over a 30-year repayment
period would calculate to an annual payment of approximately
$13,000. The loan payment of $13,000 amounts to approximately
$130 per acre foot of consumptive use water produced from the
purchased shares. The loan payment will have to be incorporated
into the annual budget of the feedlot.

Feasibility Study
3T Cattle Company Aug Project
April 2003

4
