Ditch Company <br /> <br /> <br />have used and enjoyed priority No. 27 of the irrigation district <br /> <br /> <br />and division above set forth 7 that the property rights arising <br /> <br /> <br />by the entry of the decree in this case awarding priority <br /> <br />No. 27 and all Eupplemental decrees # if any, to The Farmers <br /> <br /> <br />Di t.ch in truth and in fact are for the property. rights of <br /> <br /> <br />The People's Ditch Company and that the decree should be <br /> <br /> <br />supplemented to reflect the correct name of the true owner <br /> <br /> <br />of said rights. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE.
