They have requested $97,500 <br />(4% for 20 years) which is 75% of the total estimated project cost of $130,000. <br />The additional outlet is needed to deliver required irrigation water during critical <br />portions of the irrigation season, and would boost the discharge capacity form 55 cfs to <br />about 85 cfs. <br />Preliminary feasibility work has been completed by the SCS. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />The company has a $45,000 ASCS cost share commitment which will be used to <br />reduce loan debt. <br /> <br />Plans and specifications for the new outlet will reqUire approval by the State <br />Engineer's office prior to construction. <br /> <br />The company currently has a loan with the CWCB in amount of $1,073,498, with . <br />annual payments of $47,727. <br />
