I have lived in Jackson County for more than twenty years and am the former <br />owner of the Orvis fly shop in Walden and of the Cowdrey General Store. I feel that in stream flows are a win! win <br />as they are junior rights and that development of recreation opportunities add to our economic development. I feel <br />that good stewardship of resources is God's imperative.
