<br />1 peat soils, from an area of potential impact to specifically prepared <br /> <br />2 receiver sites, can serve as mitigation of impacts to fens. The project <br /> <br />3 scope of work shall be as developed by Colorado mountain college in <br /> <br />4 cooperation with the city of Aurora and the Pueblo board of water works. <br /> <br />5 (2) The moneys appropriated in subsection (1) ofthis section shall <br />6 remain available for the designated purposes until the project is <br /> <br />7 completed. <br />8 SECTION 20. 36-20-113 (1), Colorado Revised Statutes, IS <br /> <br />9 amended to read: <br /> <br />10 36-20-113. Permit fee. (1) The fee for each permit or the <br />11 renewal thereof under section 36-20-114 shall be at least one hundred <br /> <br />12 dollars. If the operation is a commercial project, the director shall set a <br /> <br />13 fee that is sufficient to pay the direct costs of review of the permit <br /> <br />14 <br />15 <br /> <br />application, public hearings regarding the application, and monitoring of <br />permit operations under this article. Said fees are intended to provide at <br /> <br />16 least a portion of the moneys necessary to administer this article. Said <br />17 fees shall be deposited into the Colorado water conservation board <br /> <br />18 construction fund created in section 37-60-121, C.R. S. SAID FEES ARE <br /> <br />19 HEREBY CONTINUOUSLY APPROPRIATED TO THE COLORADO WATER <br /> <br />20 CONSERVATION BOARD FOR PURPOSES ESTABLISHED BY THIS SECTION. <br /> <br />21 SECTION 21. 37-60-122 (1) (b), Colorado Revised Statutes, is <br /> <br />22 amended to read: <br /> <br />23 37-60-122. General assembly approval. (1) Moneys in the <br /> <br />24 Colorado water conservation board construction fund shall be expended <br /> <br />25 in the following manner and under the following circumstances: <br /> <br />26 (b) The general assembly may authorize such projects as it deems <br /> <br />27 <br /> <br />to be to the advantage of the people of the state of Colorado and shall <br /> <br />-17- <br /> <br />DRAFT <br /> <br />DRAFT <br />12.15.0E3 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />
