Her education and experience focus in the area of environmental <br />sciences. Her background includes water rights administration and exchange/ augment- <br />tation, water acquisition, well development, treatment, distribution, and collection, <br />cross-connection control, water use management, water conservation and personnel <br />management. Currently, she is involved with development, implementation and <br />revision of regulations, policies, standards and procedures related to water and <br />wastewater services. <br /> <br />HEATHER A CLARK <br />Water Conservation Technician <br /> <br />Heather has worked for The Town of Castle Rock for two years. Her horticulture <br />degree is essential for estimating outdoor water use. She has experience working for <br />the City of Chicago Bureau of Forestry, City of Chicago Park District, and Colorado <br />State Cooperative Extension. She is also an active member of the Green Industries of <br />Colorado as well as an Irrigation Association Water Auditor. Her current responsi- <br />bilities include landscape plan review, management of the Water Use Management Plan, <br />education of landscape contractors, members of the public, and school groups, as well <br />as implementation of the Town of Castle Rock Landscape Regulations and Principles. <br /> <br />NICK HATFIELD <br />Water Resources Engineer <br /> <br />Nick is an engineering project manager tasked with directing and overseeing various <br />facets of projects for the Town of Castle Rock. He is result-oriented and able to <br />motivate and direct a diverse array of professionals. His proven track record includes <br />delivering projects on time and within budget. Nick is currently in the process of <br />overseeing the Town's Water Resources Strategic Master Plan to develop the future <br />path for obtaining renewable water through analyzing various resource options and the <br />cost-benefit analysis of each option. He was instrumental in developing the stakeholder <br />outreach program, involving citizens, businesses, and developers in the decision process <br />for the recommended resource plan. He has also produced and presented several <br />presentations to the stakeholder group and other Town staff. As Water Resources <br />Engineer, Nick has overseen various capital improvement projects, working <br />with a diverse group of consultants, landowners, regulators, developers, and <br />Town staff, to facilitate the design and construction of each project. <br /> <br />SA VING WA TER THROUGH EDveA TlON.
