COMMUNICATION WITH THE PUBLIC

The Town of Castle Rock is committed to communication with our residents and interest
groups. Many different groups contribute to the decisions regarding water including: the
Utilities Commission, Castle Rock Economic Development Council, Chamber of Commerce,
Home Builder's Association, developers, residents of Castle Rock, the Water Resource
Committee, Town Manager and Town Council. Most recently, the Town created the Strategic
Planning Advisory Committee (SPAC) as part of our Water Resources Strategic Master Plan
effort. The Town is initiating an outreach program to seek public input on our long-range
water supply issues through September of 2005.
