We now realize the date for party status filing
was June 30, 2006. We had assumed since we provided written input in the form of maps, tables
and an affidavit which detailed our historic use of water in these drainages on January 26,2006
we would have party status and thus neglected to formally request it. Weare hopeful that our
request can be granted. If you have any questions please contact John Almy at 970-874-6656 or
jalmy@fs.fed.us.

Sincerely,

$7t~~

j) -HARLES S.
