Request for Board Action
As per Rule 5d. of the Instream Flow Rules, adopted by the Board, the stream segments
described below are being recommended to the Board for Board action. CWCB staff has
reviewed the proposed stream segments to ensure that the flow recommendation and data set is
complete and that standard methods and procedures have been followed. Staff requests that the
Board:

1) consider information and history provided on these stream reaches, the analysis and
studies from the DOW, as well as the information provided on water availability;
2) declare its intent to appropriate an instream flow water right on the Arkansas River as
described below; and,
3) adopt the modified hearing schedule shown below.
