<br />Agenda Item 16, Native Species Conservation Trust Fund Recommendations <br />November 13-15, 2006 Board Meeting <br />Page 4 of4 <br /> <br />In conclusion, we would note that all'funds currently in the SCTF are earmarked and . <br />additional funding is required to meet Colorqdo's outstanding cost share obligations under the Platte <br />River Program. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />This information should be considered preliminary at this time with the understanding that <br />additional infornlation will be provided at the Board meeting. Staff recommends at this time upto an <br />additional $19,000,000 be placed into the SCTF for the Platte Program. Secondly, staff recommends <br />that sufficient funds be placed into and allocated from the SCTF O&M ac!o, nJ, to support an annual <br />on-going species conservation program at CPOW of $400,000. Finally, $8 ,00B is needed to <br />continue implementation of Habitat Conservation Plan for Southwestern illow Flycatcher in the <br />San Luis Valley.
