<br />Roundtable; Gunnison Basin Roundtable; Colorado Basin Roundtable; Yampa-White Roundtable; <br />Dolores, San Miguel, and San Juan Basins Roundtable; Metro Roundtable; and North Platte Roundtable. <br /> <br />3.4 Basin Representative(s). Member(s) sele,cted to represent any of the nine Basin Roundtables. <br /> <br />3.5 Chairperson. Chairperson of the mcc, specified in the Act as the Director of Compact Negotiations, <br />who is appointed by the Governor. <br /> <br />3.6 Charter. The charter governing the process of interbasin compact negotiations created by the Colorado <br />Interbasin Compact Committee and approved by the legislature in House Bill 06-1400. <br /> <br />3.7 Committee. The Colorado Interbasin Compact Committee. <br /> <br />3.8 e.R.S. Colorado Revised Statues. <br /> <br />3.9 mce. The Colorado Interbasin Compact Committee. <br /> <br />3.10 Members. Individuals who have been appointed or selected as a representative to the mcc, pursuant to <br />Article IV and applicable sections within the approved bylaws of Basin Roundtables. <br /> <br />3.11 Properly Notified. A member will be con$idered to have been properly notified of a proposed meeting <br />and or action if the members name is on the Colorado Department of Natural Resources Office of <br />Compact Negotiations e-mail distribution list used for noticing meetings and agendas, an e-mail has <br />been sent to them regarding the proposed meeting and or action and the electronic message has not <br />bounced back to the sender. I <br /> <br />3.12 Stakeholder. Any person or entity interested in or impacted by the decisions of the IDee. <br /> <br />I Article IV <br />Committee Membership and Leadership <br /> <br />4.1 The Committee shall be comprised of twenty-~even members. <br /> <br />4.1.1 Basin Representatives. Selected by the Basin Roundtables, eighteen Roundtable representatives, <br />with two representatives from each Basin Roundtable, at least one of whom shall reside within the <br />borders of the roundtable and at least one of whom shall own adjudicated water rights, including <br />owners of shares in a ditch or Reservoir Company or their agents. <br />I <br /> <br />4.1.2 Gubernatorial Appointments. Six at-Ia~ge members appointed by the governor. The governor's <br />appointments shall come from geograpl}ically diverse parts of the state and shall include individuals <br />with expertise in environmental, recreational, local governmental, industrial, and agricultural <br />I <br />matters.
