Flood Protection Section - South Platte River Easement Request - Town of Columbine Valley Tape 1, Track 3 00:25:20 - 00:34:45 Action: A motion was made by Eric Wilkinson and seconded by Russell George to approve Staffs recommendation that following a review of this agenda item by the AG's Office and the CWCB, the Board approve the request for a temporary construction and 25-year non-exclusive easement request for the Town of Columbine Valley storm water pipeline replacement in Arapahoe County, Colorado located within the CWCB right-of-way. The easement fee considered under Method ill (Special Use Consideration), shall include a total of$3,500 and other considerations for the easement and application fee. The Board further authorizes Staff to work with the Attorney General's Office staff and the Town of Columbine Valley to prepare the necessary easement documents and authorize the CWCB Director to enter into an agreement that executes said documents. Dan Merriman, Instream Flow Section Chief, announced the retirement of statT member, Anne Janicki, at the end of September 2006.
