October 13,2006: A Prehearing Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the Board's
Conference Room, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 721, Denver, Colorado. If you would
like to participate by telephone, you can call-in to: 1-888-387-8686, Room No. 866-
3549# at the time designated for the Prehearing Conference.

At the Prehearing Conference, the Hearing Officer will establish the order of testimony
for the hearing and time allotments for each Party's testimony and presentation. The
Hearing Coordinator may also request the Parties to identify what factual and legal issues
are contested to streamline the presentations to the Board at the hearing.

October 20, 2006: Rebuttal Statements from all Parties and Staff are due and shall
include the designation of rebuttal witnesses and exhibits. Staff's Rebuttal Statement
may also include a revised recommendation for action by the Board.

November 13-15, 2006: Hearing date at the Red Lion Hotel, 4040 Quebec Street,
Denver, Colorado.
