<br />'. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />-i. <br /> <br />The CWCB is working with Pueblo County, the Pueblo Conservancy District, FEMA, FEMA's NSP <br />and the CWCB's consultant to work through which levees within Pueblo County need recertification. <br />Meetings are held once a month to discuss progress and problems encountered. <br /> <br />FY 04/03 Counties <br />Larimer County will go effective in December 2006. Boulder County effective date has been delayed <br />due to some issues which were discovered with the base map. PBS&J is the State consultant working <br />on this county and is working toward completing the project this year so that the maps will go <br />effective early 2007. Adams County (within the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District) is <br />scheduled to obtain effective maps by March 2007, and Arapahoe County (also within the Urban <br />Drainage District) will be entering the appeal period soon. Fremont County (FEMA and NSP project) <br />is currently in its appeal period. The LFD letter and SOMA for the Clear Creek County project <br />(FEMA and NSP project) will be sent out soon with a goal effective date of February 2007. An <br />appeal was submitted for Eagle County DFIRM (FEMA and NSP project) and FEMA's NSP is <br />currently working on addressing/reviewing the submitted appeal. <br /> <br />Water Project Construction Fund Program - General and Financial Matters: Please see the reports <br />located in the Attachment Section <br /> <br />41 <br />
