10-14-10 Exoiration and Extensions.
A. If a building permit is not issued within 1 year after the date of
approval ot th.e Landscape Plan, the plan shall expire and be considered null and void
unless extended. An extension may be granted after a written request is reviewed
and approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission~
