Objective Rio Grande DSS: To seek authority and funding for the development and
implementation of a decision support system for the Rio Grande Basin by
the 1998 legislative session.

Objective Arkansas River DSS: To seek authority and' funding to begin designing a
decision support system for the Arkansas River Basm, and to begin the
acquisition of appropriate data needed to support that system, by the 1997
legislative session.

Objective Arkansas River DSS: To seek authority and funding for the development
and implementation of a decision support system for the Arkansas River
Basin by the 1999 legislative session.

Objective North Platte and Laramie River DSS: To seek authority and funding to
begin designing an expansion of the South Platte River Basin decision
support system to include the North Platte. Laramie and mainstem Platte
River Basins into Central Nebraska by the 1998 legislative session.

Objective South Platte. North Platte and Laramie River Decision Support System:
To seek authority and funding for the expansion of the South Platte River
Basin decision support system to include the North Platte and Laramie
River Basins by the 2000 legislative session.

GOAL 7 FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT: To minimize Colorado's flood loss
vulnerability and related economic impacts.

Objective Floodplain Designation: To formally approve and designate all identified
floodplains by December 1997.

Objective Comprehensively Expand Uses of Designated Floodplains: To develop a
comprehensive, multi-objective program to explore opportunities for
recognizing and securing mitigation credit for the natural and beneficial
