Per Deputy <br />Attorney General, Casey Shpall, the item discussed in Executive Session was <br />limited to litigation strategies regarding Agenda Item 29c, Center for Biological <br />Diversity v. Bureau of Reclamation. <br />Action: A second motion was made by Tom Sharp and seconded by Harold Miskel that <br />the Board authorize the intervention by Colorado in the case of the Center for <br />Biological Diversity v. Bureau of Reclamation and to request that the <br />representatives of the State confer with the other states in seeking a coordinated <br />approach to the defenses in this litigation.
