The Selected Project

Hillrose plans to pursue alternative #2. Features of this
alternative are as follows:

1. Purchase 2 shares of the Jackson Lake Reservoir Company.

2. Purchase 0.25 private right of Riverside Reservoir Company.

3. Convert the shares to augmentation use and incorporate the
water into the LP&B augmentation plan.

Water Rights

Hillrose currently only has the water right decreed with the one
well used for the town. The well can pump up to 55 acre-feet of
water annually for the town.

The water for purchase is decreed as
Decree Date
Jackson Lake Reservoir 05/18/1901

follows:
Estimated Delivery
16 AF/share (gross)
8 AF/sh (consumptive)

Riverside Reservoir

04/01/1902

16 AF/share (gross)
8 AF/sh (consumptive)

The total estimated consumptive use delivery of all the rights is
18 Acre-feet. A through consumptive use analysis will have to be
performed to determine the exact usable amount and timing for
augmentation. Preliminary analysis based on a consumptive use
comparison would indicate a shortfall in complete coverage.

Cost Estimate

The estimated total project cost is $76,250.

Item

Estimated Cost

1.
