o The Consultant will conduct periodic internal reviews to provide quality
assurance.

o Drafts will be reviewed by the District to ensure the Plan is representative
of the District's policies and intents.

o . CWCB will review two drafts (one prior to the 30-day public review
period and the final draft) to ensure that the Plan is meeting the
requirements outlined in the Guide to Water Conservation Planning.

· Implementation of the final plan. A key component of the Plan implementation
is the monitoring of water savings and costs. This will help gauge the
effectiveness of the Plan and identify what modifications, if any, are needed to
make the Plan more effective. Methods to track the costs accrued to implement
the Plan as well as water savings will be outlined in the Plan. These may
include the consolidation of meter data by customer type and tracking of the
existing rebate program as well as other conservation efforts.
