2.0 Work Plan

The District has engaged Camp Dresser & McKee Inc. (CDM) to provide technical
assistance in developing the Plan. The District will provide CDM with the data and the
information necessary to develop a Plan that is compatible with the District and
community's needs and CWCB guidelines. Establish a water savings target through existing and additional water-saving
measures and programs. The preliminary target of 150 AFY additional savings is
based on 2003 water demand patterns (equal to a 15 gpcd reduction based on
projected population at build out) and may be modified through the course of
developing the Conservation Plan.

. Identify potential additional water saving measures and programs that could be
implemented to accomplish the target savings. Provide estimates on the costs to
administer these measures and programs.

. Select conservation measures and programs that are compatible with the
community. A public meeting will be held to receive public feedback.

2.2 Key Project Tasks

A variety of tasks are necessary to develop and implement the Plan.
