<br />> Draft Plan submitted electronically to the District incorporating CWCB's comments <br />for the public review process. <br /> <br />> Ten hard copies of the Final Plan incorporating public comments, submitted to the <br />District after CWCB's final approval. <br /> <br />Task 3 - Public Outreach <br /> <br />Purpose <br /> <br />The District will seek public input on the Plan through use of a public review program. <br />CWCB's guidelines require a public review process prior to approval of the Plan. <br /> <br />Approach <br /> <br />Task 3.1 Public Meeting <br /> <br />The Contractor will prepare a PowerPoint presentation for one public meeting to be held on a <br />date mutually agreeable to Contractor and the District. This meeting will seek feedback on <br />the draft Conservation Plan and conservation goals, and will also present results of the <br />IWRP. Contractor will facilitate the public meeting. <br /> <br />Assumptions <br /> <br />> The public meeting under this task is in addition to public meetings being held as <br />part of the IWRP project, and is separate from the public hearing to be held by <br />District without Contractor support. <br /> <br />> The District Board will adopt formalized requirements for a public review process. <br />This process will include a minimum 30-day review process before the Board can <br />adopt the Plan. <br /> <br />> The District will be responsible for announcing the public review period, holding the <br />public hearing on the Plan, and making the Plan document publicly available. <br /> <br />> The District will be responsible for collecting and organizing public comments. <br />These comments will be provided to the Contractor following the public review <br />period. <br /> <br />> The District will be responsible for advertising/notifying the public about the public <br />meeting and for providing suitable public meeting facilities. <br /> <br />Oeliverables <br /> <br />Contractor will submit the following: <br /> <br />> Public meeting presentation materials. <br /> <br />Task 4 - Project Management and Grant-Related Administration <br /> <br />Purpose <br />Contractor will conduct project management activities and administrative support activities <br />required under the Water Conservation Grant program. <br />
