Description of the proiect plan: <br />The City ofNorthglellll retained Hydrosphere Resource Consultants, Inc. in 2005 to <br />study, develop and write a comprehensive Water Conservation Plan (Plan). The Plan was <br />developed for submission to the Office of Water Conservation & Drought Planning <br />(OWCDP) in compliance with House Bills 91-1154 and 04-1365. <br />This Plan was submitted to the OWCDP June 2005. The City received a letter dated <br />January 10, 2006, from OWCDP requesting additional information and clarification on <br />specific parts of the City's Plan. <br />Since the submission ofthe City's Plan, OWCDP has developed a document titled, <br />"CWCB Water Conservation Plan Development Guidance Document." The City will <br />provide the consultant with the guidance document and the letter from OWCDP. This <br />will provide the necessary information to address the requested information and revise <br />the City's Plan. The revised Plan will follow the structure and process described in the <br />Model Water Conservation Plan Guidance Document. <br />7.
