Colorado Springs
Utilities is committed to maintaining a sustainable focus on water conservation
and we recognize the value of communication and technical assistance in
promoting and supporting such efforts across the state.

To advance water conservation efforts in Colorado, I fully support the project
being proposed by Western Resource Advocates rNRA) to the Colorado Water
Conservation Board utilizing HB-05-1254 Grant Funds. I strongly encourage the
CWCS and the Office of Water Conservation and Drought Planning to consider
the merits of the WRA grant application and award the requested funds to this
worthwhile and important program that will benefit water planning managers,
citizens, basin roundtable members and water conservation experts throughout
the state.

We appreciate the ewcs for developing, maintaining and administering its water
conservation and water efficiency grant programs, and we will continue to
support these important State programs in the future.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

~ ~cAv1

Anna Seder
Water Conservation Supervisor
Color:Jrlo Springs Utilities
121 South Tejon Street.
