<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The North Poudre.Jrrigation Company received a $500,000 appropriation under HB 85-1042 <br />for the rehabilitation of Clark Lake Dam. That project has been completed and the Company <br />only needed $427,942 of the appropriation. The Company has requested that the remaining <br />$72,058 be deauthorized. <br /> <br />The Lemon Dam project was authorized a $162,900 appropriation under SB 87-15. The <br />owners have recently advised the state that they completed the project without needing the state <br />loan and requested that the $162,900 appropriation be deauthorized. <br /> <br />The Moonlight Lateral project was authorized a $100,000 appropriation under SB 88-30, but <br />the owners were able to complete the project without State assistance. The owners have <br />requested that the $100,000 appropriation be deauthorized. <br /> <br />The Wisconsin Ditch Company was authorized a $16,050 appropriation under SB 88-30 for <br />a pipe siphon project. The Company recently informed the state that the project was completed <br />without needing state assistance, and it has requested that the $16,050 appropriation be <br />deauthorized. <br /> <br />6.0 COMPLIANCE WITH CONSTRUCTION FuNn CRITERIA <br /> <br />Since the adoption in 1981 of the criteria set forth in section 37-60-121 (l)(b), CRS, actions <br />taken by the Board concerning the construction fund program have been in compliance with those <br />criteria. In particular, the Board has taken the following steps: <br /> <br />1. About two-thirds of the Board's cost of the projects recommended since the adoption of <br />the subject criteria have been for projects which will increase the beneficial consumptive <br />use of Colorado's compact entitlement. This criterion was changed in 1992. <br /> <br />2. No applications for domestic water treatment and distribution systems or flood control <br />projects have been accepted by the Board since March, 1981. <br /> <br />3. All feasibility studies initiated by the Board include the information required by criteria <br />(IX). <br /> <br />CWCB Annual Report, page 23 <br />
