CWCB <br /> <br />TO: Colorado Water Conservation Board Members <br /> <br />FROM: Bill Green13tJ <br /> <br />DATE: November 3, 1995 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Agenda Item 17c., November 6-7,1995 Board Meeting, <br />Water Project Construction Loan Program, Requests for Approval on <br />Loans for Revised Projects, Windsor Reservoir and Canal Company - Dam <br />Rehab, Program <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Windsor Reservoir and Canal Company owns six storage reservoirs and over 25 miles of <br />water supply ditches located in Larimer and Weld Counties. These facilities store and supply <br />agricultural water for irrigation of approximately 55,000 acres in Northeastern Colorado, <br />(Please see the attached project summary and map.) <br /> <br />The Company has prepared a comprehensive rehabilitation program for their system in the <br />next 15 years. The cost of the program is estimated at $3,408,000 and the Company is <br />requesting a 'Construction Fund loan of $2,557,000 to be funded at about three-year intervals <br />over the 15 years, A feasibility study has been submitted by the applicant and is presently <br />under review by the staff. <br /> <br />No Board action is requested at this time.
