<br />The 1990 Arkansas River Compact Year and the winter season for JMR
<br />began at 0001 hours November 1, 1989 with 27.406,78 acre-feet in
<br />the reservoir distributed as shown in Table 2, Winter storage officially
<br />ended at 2400 hours on March 31, 1990 with a total inflow to the
<br />reservoir of 47.428,22 acre,fee!. Conservation storage received
<br />24,181 .44 acre-feet of water which was held for subsequent release
<br />to the various Section II accounts after March 31, pursuant to the
<br />Operating Plan, An additional 23,246,78 acre,feet was stored at JMR
<br />during the period November 15, 1989 to March 15, 1990 pursuant to
<br />Section III of the 1980 Operating Plan and the Pueblo Winter Water
<br />Storage Program ("WWSP"1. as shown on Tabie 3,
