He discussed FWS s authority, policies, and objectives in <br />water resource plamling. <br /> <br />Non-point Source Pollution <br /> <br />Mr. Joseph Krivak, EPA, discussed the non-,x>int source water quality manage- <br />1IEIl.t program-208. After his presentation, there was a lively question <br />and answer discussion of state and federal agency participation in the <br />208 program. <br /> <br />Corps of Engineers' O1loride Control Program <br /> <br />Mr. Weldon M. Gallel of the 'LUIsa District Office of the Corps of <br />Engineers presented a discussion of the Corps' Chloride Control Project <br />in the Arkansas and Red River Basins.
