.

.

User surveys provide a vehicle which can be used to inform both visitors to the
Bear Creek Park or watershed and residents within the area about the CLP.
These surveys need to be administered at the beginning of the program and
continued throughout the study. This early involvement will help demonstrate
the program's responsiveness to public input and establish the groundwork for
future public participation. Analyses of user surveys and the expedient use of
personal interviews will provide the necessary direction needed to involve the
public in the final decision-making processes.

PUBLIC PARTICIPANTS SUMMARY REPORT OUTLINE

The Guidance Manual has established criteria to define minimum information re-
quirements which will be needed for a public participants summary report.
