<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Regional Director to receive said water must comply with the following <br />requirements: <br /> <br />(1) Establish that the proposed use of water is a <br />beneficial use; <br /> <br />(2) Identify the amount of water needed; <br /> <br />(3) Identify acceptable point(s) and means of diversion and <br /> <br />metering; <br /> <br />(4) Identify acceptable point(s) and means of return and <br /> <br />metering; <br /> <br />(5) Submit a development plan containing: <br /> <br />(i) A proposed date to begin construction necessary <br />to put the water to beneficial use, <br /> <br />(ii) An estimate of the time required to complete <br /> <br />construction, and <br /> <br />(iii) An estimated date to apply the water to the <br />proposed use and a projected water use buildup schedule, if applicable; <br />and <br /> <br />(6) Comply with the requirements of the National <br />Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (83 Stat 852, 42 U.S.C. 4321), as <br />amended, and other applicable environmental laws and regulations, as set <br />forth in S 415.18. <br /> <br />22 <br />
