<br />information exists within museums, universities, state and federal agencies, etc. However, <br /> <br />much of this information has not been evaluated to assess the interrelationship of resource <br />attributes and differing flow regimes. <br />Several areas offocus will be implemented through the information technology <br />program, including the following: <br />1. Development of protocols for data collection, processing and use. <br />2. Development of extensive databases across all resources and a database <br />management system. <br />3. Development of a robust geographic information system to accommodate <br />multiple layers associated with all resources of interest to stakeholders. <br />4. Development of databases associated with remotely sensed data not yet <br />incorporated in the GeES database system. <br />5. Stakeholder direct access to selected data and information in the database <br />management system and GIS. <br />6.
