Count a) Colorado River upstream of Morelos Dam b) Arriving at Imperial Dam c) Salinity Differential 613 767 -154 695 815 -120 Most of the water delivered to Mexico during 1993 consisted of flood flows from the Gila River with a low salinity when compared to normal deliveries. consequently, the salinity arriving at Imperial Dam was higher than the salinity upstream of Morelos Dam; hence the salinity differential is negative. The Commission agreed by exchange of letters that the records show the differential during calendar year 1993 was in accord with above cited Point 1 of Minute No. 242.
