Chapter <br /> <br />2 provides the background for the study and includes a <br /> <br />discussion of the present operation of the project. <br /> <br />Chapter 3 is devoted to a description of the reservoir <br /> <br />operation simulation model. Chapters 4 and 5 present <br /> <br />the recommended operational plans. The discussion of <br /> <br />the effect of the additional inflow from the Great <br /> <br />Plains system on the headgate diversion shortages is <br /> <br />given in Chapter 6. Chapter 7 contains the recommenda- <br /> <br />tions and conclusions that result from the investiga- <br /> <br />tion. The figures and tables are located in the <br /> <br />appendix. <br />
