The report of <br />such audit is hereto attached as Appendix "A". <br /> <br />6. Cooperative Studies and Activities <br /> <br />(a) Article V11l G (1) of the Arbnsas River Compact requires <br />the Administration to cooperate \Vlth the Chid Official of each <br />of the States of Colorado and Kansas chan~cd with the admin- <br />istration of \\'atcr rights in their respective ~States, and with the <br />Federal agencies in systeTnrl.tically determining and correlating <br />the facts pertaining to the Rowand diversion of the waters of <br />tne Arkansas River and to tne operation and siltation of John <br />Martin Reservoir and other related structures. Article VIJI~G <br />(2) requests the Director of the United States Geological Sur- <br />vey, the Commissioner of tne United States Bureau of Reclama- <br />tion, and tnc Cnief of Engineers, United States Army, to co- <br />operate and collaborrttc with the Administration ;1.nd witn ap~ <br />propriate State officials in such determinations and correlations <br /> <br />1 <br />
