Blue Mesa operations will be closely related to that of Morrow <br /> <br /> <br />Point as Morrow Point Reservoir will, during normal conditions, <br />be maintained approximately full. <br />6. The Bureau of Reclamation shall prepare and publish a Curecanti <br />Unit Annual Plan of Operation each year during the month of April after a <br />forecast of the April-July runoff, based on April 1 snow conditions, is <br />available. A copy of the plan will be furnished to interested agencies and <br />individuals. <br />7. Project Power Manager, Montrose, and Project Manager, Grand Junction, <br />shall closely coordinate all operations affecting streamflow. Whenever <br />circumstances arise that make deviations from normal operations necessary <br />or desirable, the Project Manager, Grand Junction,will normally inform <br />interested agencies, Water Users and the general public as needed. <br /> <br />II <br />
