<br />The public meetings on the Narrows Unit, held in Fort Morgan, Sterling and
<br />Greeley, ColoradO, were presided over by Judge Stone, Director of the Colorado
<br />Water Conservation Board~ The meetings, which were divided into six sections,
<br />followed the same general procedure each day.

<br />1. Opening statement relative to the purposes of the meeting by Judge Stone
<br />of the Colorado Water Conservation Board.

<br />2. Presentation of the Bureau of Reclamation plans for construction of
<br />Narrows Dam and development of the Narrows unit by J. H. Knights.

<br />3. Discussion by R. J. Tipton of the results of his studies on the engineer-
<br />ing aspects of the Bureau of Heclamation plan.
