<br />0166 <br /> <br />October 2, 1992 <br /> <br />ADDendix A <br /> <br />Content of Study Proposal <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />As appropriate, in the consultant's opinion. <br /> <br />TECHNICAL EVALUATIONS <br /> <br />All evaluations and analyses required by this study shall be the responsibility of the <br />consultant retained to carry out such investigations. Maximum use should be made of <br />existing data. information and previous reports and studies. Technical data prepared for the <br />State of Colorado for litigation of Kansas v. Colorado will be made available to the <br />consultant(s) to the extent that such data is in the public domain. The CWCB will provide <br />a list of such data upon request. <br /> <br />{ <br /> <br />The study criteria, technical studies, and evaluations to be carried out by the contractor <br />for this study are described in Appendix B. Evaluation techniques and methodologies to be <br />employed, linkages between tasks, likely sources of information to be used and anticipated <br />problems, if any, in accomplishing the required tasks due to time, data, or monetary <br />constraints should be presented for each task in this section. <br /> <br />REPORT PREPARATION CAPABILITIES <br /> <br />A description of the consultant's ability to write, edit, produce, and present a report <br />should be provided. Production of associated graphics and drawings should also be <br />incorporated in this section. <br /> <br />STUDY SCHEDULE <br /> <br />The study shall be completed in two phases. Phase I shall include Tasks 1-4, as set <br />out in the POS, and shall be completed by February 1, 1993. Phase II shall include Tasks <br />5 and 6 and shall be completed by September 1, 1993. The consultant shall develop a <br />proposed schedule showing the time frame required to complete each task and to complete <br />each Phase of the study, including adequate time for review by the study managers. <br />Meetings shall be scheduled with the study managers at key decision making points during <br />the study. Four public meetings shall be scheduled for presentation of interim and final <br />study results to the CWCB and/or other interested groups. A final report including Phases <br />I and II shall be submitted to the CWCB by September 1, 1993. <br /> <br />5 <br />
