Statement: The work will be directed toward the preparation of <br />a progr/llll for agriculture to 'be carried out in general over a 20_year <br />period. Each agricultural measure proposed within the progr/llll will be <br />considered fram the point of view of the physical 8Jld economic facotrs <br />affecting its rate of application, its relation to other agricultural <br />measures, and its relation to other phases of the A.W.R.B. Inter- <br />Agency Plan. The work leading to the preparation of this sectIon of <br />the report has been divided into the following categories: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1 Conservation and Improvement of Farm and Range Landa <br /> <br />2' Forestry <br /> <br />3 Agricultural Research <br />4 Agricultural Education <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />5 AgricuUural Credit <br /> <br />6 Appraisal of Agricultural Aspects of Resource Development <br />Plana <br /> <br />There also will be an analysis of the physical effects of the <br />program on other phases of the Inter-Agency Plan. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Other features of agricultural work will be included in other <br />sections of the report. <br /> <br />b. Assignment: Department of Agriculture <br /> <br />" c.
