Statement: In order to establish econemic justification, the <br />follo~ing ~ill be determined for each project. <br /> <br />(1) Initial and annual costs, including its part of the over- <br />all system costs, if any, and including all damages. <br /> <br />(2) Total tangible benefits, segregated into feature uses for <br />multiple-purpose projects. <br /> <br />(:)) Ratio of tangible benefits to costs, <br /> <br />(4) EqUitable allocation of costs, both initial and annual, <br />to the feature uses, andJor, ....here proper, to other projects of the <br />overall system. <br /> <br />(5) Method of repayment of the initial and annual costs <br />allocated to the uses for ~hich repayment is proper. <br /> <br />. b. Assignment: The above procedure to be follo~ed by agencies <br />making project studies. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />c, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />c. Time of Completion: <br /> <br />d.
