<br />The appropriation granted by this "emit for irrigation use will be for supplemental supply
<br />to existing original direct flow appropriations only, and will not exceed the statutorY
<br />limit of one Cubic foot of water per second of time from all direct flow sotlrces for each
<br />seventy acres of land irrigated, except as prOVided by Section 41..184, Wyoming Statute~,
<br />1957. The irri!Jation use covered by thts pennit, is granted with the eond1.tion that e.ch
<br />year.a supplemental supply use is made hereunder, an application setting out -by legal land
<br />description, the specific lands on which water will be used and the period of time it will
