<br />Since the use of the waters of the North Platte River and its tributa~ie8 above

<br />Pathfinder Rese;rvoir is restricted by the prOVisions of the Decree of the United States
<br />
<br />Supreme Court, pntered October 8, 1945. in the North Platte River interstate litigation,
<br />the amount of wiater diverted frOlll Douglas Creek and its tributaries, under Pemits Nos.
<br />
<br />22094 through 22115, shall be the quantity which 1s replaced in the North Platte Basin
<br />from tributaries of the Uttle Snake R1'ver in the Colorado River Basin un~r Permits Nas.
<br />22117 through 22144. Such replacelll8nt to be made on an 8nnusl basis under regulations
<br />and requirements to be made by the State Engineer's Off~~e.
<br />Construction of proposed work shall begin within one year from the date of approval.
<br />The time f~r completing the work shall tenninate on December 31, 1964.
<br />The time f~ cOlDpleting the application of water to beneftcial use shall taminate
<br />on December 31, '1964, and final prool of appropriation shall be made within five years
<br />
<br />thereafter.
<br />
<br />The amount 'of appropriation under chis permit shall be the quantity of water bene..
<br />fieislly used f~r municipal, industrial, and irrigation purposes on or before December 31.
<br />1964, not to-exceed 1.9 cubic feet of water per second of tillie, anUn aceordanee with ~
<br />
<br />limitations imposed above.
